This project consist of 5 buildings including shopping centre, office specs and residential apartments. Our scope included demolition of existing building, all surveying, setting out, civil and mechanical, plumbing and electrical works including cable ducts for electrical cabling, construction and installation valve chambers, JRC chambers of different kinds and infrastructure such as road works, soft landscapping and hard landscapping.
