Our Design/Engineering team studies, researches and develops design ideas for new projects, and the ideal systems/methods for implementing them. They also modify existing processes to increase efficiency or improve possible design solutions, and constantly researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective.

The process of adding structure to real property. The majority of  our company’s past building construction projects are large scale and iconic projects, such as HH the Father Emir Palaces in Al-Wajbah, Al-Jassassiah, Umm Quraibah, and Umm Al-Afaai, the City Center Shopping Mall, the Qatar Equestrian Club, Al-Shafallah Center for children with special needs, and several other projects. We also carried out many logistics and warehousing construction projects for such elite clients like Barwa Real Estate Co., Manateq Free Zones Co., and Qatar Armed Forces.

Our company occasionally carries out small renovation projects, such as renovation of an old residential or office building, or renovation and upgrade of an old hotel. Although such projects are smaller in size than the new building construction projects, the amount of work that goes into such projects is quite considerable, as in many old buildings, As Built Drawings are not available, and locating existing services is extremely difficult and time consuming.

Construction management is compatible with all project delivery methods, and is carried out in coordination with the architect/engineer who designed the project.

Project Management at QBEC offers the Client(s) final deliverables that are constrained to a fixed timescale and budget.

Representing the owner of a building or facility in any particular project that is undertaken by a construction company other than QBEC. In this role, our company provides advise to the owner to ensure the owner’s project needs are met, and that the project is completed on time and within the allocated budget.

Facility Management encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the environment of the building under management. This is accomplished by integrating people, place, process and technology, in order to deliver the most effective utilization of the building’s facilities for the convenience of its occupants.
