The majority of our company’s past building construction projects are large scale and iconic projects, such as HH the Father Emir Palaces in Al-Wajbah, Al-Jassassiah, Umm Quraibah, and Umm Al-Afaai, the City Center Shopping Mall, the Qatar Equestrian Club, Al-Shafallah Center for children with special needs, and several other projects. We also carried out many logistics and warehousing construction projects for such elite clients like Barwa Real Estate Co., Manateq Free Zones Co., and Qatar Armed Forces.
Our company occasionally carries out small renovation projects, such as renovation of an old residential or office building, or renovation and upgrade of an old hotel. Although such projects are smaller in size than the new building construction projects, the amount of work that goes into such projects is quite considerable, as in many old buildings, As Built Drawings are not available, and locating existing services is extremely difficult and time consuming.
