This project is as office complex with underground car park & three floors of office space in very high standard luxurious finishings. Our scope included demolition of existing building, all surveying, setting out, civil and mechanical, plumbing and electrical works including cable ducts for electrical cabling, construction and installation valve chambers, JRC chambers of different kinds.
