This is a special design and build project that was completed in record time (90 days) to meet the client’s requirements. Our scope included demolition of existing building, all surveying, setting out, civil and mechanical, plumbing and electrical works including cable ducts for electrical cabling, construction and installation valve chambers, JRC chambers of different kinds and infrastructure such as road works, soft landscaping and hard Landscaping.
