This is a design and build project. Our scope included all surveying, setting out, civil and mechanical, plumbing and electrical works including cable ducts for electrical cabling, construction and installation valve chambers, JRC chambers of different kinds and infrastructure such as road works, soft landscaping and hard landscaping.
Our Scope also includes design, obtaining permit, execution, completion, testing & commissioning, and maintaining the following additional buildings:
- Exclusive Club Buildings
- Multi-Purpose Hall
- Main Entrance Gate
