Al- Mirqab Twin Towers which are one of the prestigious projects in Qatar. It is located in the West Bay Area, beside Al- Dana Tower and back of BEVERLY HILLS. This project consists of two towers; it’s building up on one basement with total area of 8500 m2, ground floor, and 23 floors for each tower. Land area 8500 m2, and the total build up area is 62000 m2. The project is mainly used as Hotel Apartment tower with ground for restaurant and the tower have one service floor at the middle of the tower and also the approximate area for each floor is around 1,20m2. There are 5 Domes each of pre-fabricated structure with GRC cladding of four corners and center one in the Middle.
