This project the first of its kind during the stage of its construction. Designed with ground floor and underground car park having 2 floors as podium and all typical floor with luxurious office spaces. Our scope included demolition of existing building, all surveying, setting out, civil and mechanical, plumbing and electrical works including cable ducts for electrical cabling, construction and installation valve chambers, JRC chambers of different kinds.
